PITCH NIGHT
Instead of trying to sell yourself, let somebody who actually knows you make the introduction.
Get pitched
If you are confirmed for one of the 20 slots, your presenter gets up to 3 minutes and 5 slides to show the room why people should meet you.
Mingle
After each block of pitches, the room opens back up so everyone can actually talk.
Match privately
Scan the event-only Match QR, enter your ALL CALL attendee ID, and choose a Dating Match or Friend Connection. Nothing is shared unless interest is mutual.

PITCH SLOT LIMIT
Twenty featured Airmen. That’s the cap.
Pitch applications can stay open, but only 20 people will be confirmed to be pitched at the pilot. Once those spots are filled, additional applicants move to the pitch waitlist. General event registration stays open until the venue reaches capacity.
Private event matching
At check-in, each attendee receives a unique ID such as CANNON-017. During the event, scan the ALL CALL Match QR and privately submit either a Dating Match or Friend Connection. If two attendees choose each other, ALL CALL can share only the contact information each person authorized. No mutual interest means no notification and no public rejection.

At check-in, every attendee receives an ALL CALL ID such as AC-017. During the mixer, scan the event Match QR and privately submit who you want to connect with.
Dating Match
Choose someone you would like to meet romantically. For the Cannon pilot, Dating Match requests are limited to Enlisted ↔ Enlisted and Officer ↔ Officer.
Friend Connection
Choose someone you would like to connect with socially or as a friend. The same respect, privacy, and professional-boundary expectations still apply.
Mutual only
Your selection stays private. If both people choose each other, ALL CALL can connect them after the event using the contact information each approved for sharing.
How the pilot works
The Match page is not listed in the public navigation. The event QR opens it during the social. Participants may submit more than one request. Non-mutual requests are never announced or posted publicly.
PITCH RULES
Good pitch material
- First name and age
- Personality and what makes them great to know
- Hobbies, interests, travel, pets, sports, outdoors, gaming, etc.
- What they are looking for
- Why someone should introduce themselves afterward
Leave this out
- Explicit sexual material or intimate photos
- Humiliating stories or private relationship history
- Medical information without permission
- Classified, operational, deployment, or sensitive work details
- Someone else’s private information without consent
CODE OF CONDUCT
Respect is the baseline.
ALL CALL should be a place someone can attend alone and still feel comfortable.
Consent
Interest is never an obligation. If someone says no, disengages, or asks to be left alone, respect it immediately.
Professional boundaries
Do not use ALL CALL to pursue a relationship that would violate applicable military professional-relationship requirements.
Privacy
No photographing CACs, publishing personal information, or posting embarrassing photos/videos against someone’s wishes.
Behavior
Harassment, threats, stalking, unwanted contact, discriminatory harassment, and repeated unwanted advances are grounds for removal.
Alcohol
Venue staff controls alcohol service. Intoxication does not excuse misconduct.
Operational security
Do not share classified, sensitive, restricted, or unnecessary operational information in pitches or conversations.
Pilot romantic-matching safeguard
For the Cannon pilot, romantic matching is limited to Enlisted ↔ Enlisted and Officer ↔ Officer. Participants remain responsible for identifying supervisory, rating, command, training, or other professional conflicts organizers may not know about.

FAQ
Before you show up.
Is ALL CALL an official Air Force event?
No. ALL CALL is an independent private event and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Department of Defense or Department of the Air Force.
Who can attend the Cannon pilot?
The current pilot is designed for 21+ current U.S. Air Force military members: Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve. Eligibility may be visually verified at check-in.
Do I need to be pitched to attend?
No. Most attendees can simply come to mingle, support friends, and meet people. Pitch Night is one part of the event.
How many people can be pitched?
A maximum of 20 people will be confirmed as featured Airmen for the pilot. More people may apply; anyone beyond the confirmed 20 can be placed on the pitch waitlist while still attending the event.
When do I upload the PowerPoint?
Not during initial registration. If you are confirmed for one of the 20 pitch slots, ALL CALL will send you a separate Pitch Submission link. The final deck must be a PowerPoint (.pptx), no more than 5 slides, and under 8 MB.
Do you store CAC information?
No. Military status can be visually verified at check-in, but ALL CALL does not need to photograph, scan, or retain CACs or DoD ID numbers.
What does the $5 cover?
The plan for the pilot is $5 admission with one participating drink ticket included. Beverage availability and alcohol service are controlled by the venue, and a nonalcoholic option will be available.
How does matching work?
Every checked-in attendee receives a unique ID. Scan the event Match QR, enter your ID and the other attendee’s ID, then choose Dating Match or Friend Connection. Only the organizer sees submissions. If both people select each other for a compatible connection, the contact information each authorized can be shared. Otherwise, nobody receives a rejection notification.
